【営業再開のお知らせ】
いつもSEPTEMBER TOKYOにご来店いただき、ありがとうございます。
本日のMark Rutte首相会見に伴いまして、3月3日(水)より営業を再開させて頂きます。
今回の休業中にも、お客様から多くの温かいお言葉を頂きました。いつも応援、サポートを本当にありがとうございます。
ご予約に関しましては、明日2月24日より受付開始となっております。ご理解、ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
営業再開につきまして、SEPTEMBER TOKYOではお客様、スタッフの安全・安心のために以下の対応をしております。
・お客様同士が常に最低2m以上離れられ、より広いスペースを確保できるよう内装工事をしております。
・混雑を避けるために、ご予約の枠を調整しております。
・店内に空気品質センサーを導入し、十分な換気を徹底致します。
・全スタッフ、マスクを付けての接客。
・サロン内各所の清掃及び消毒を各お客様ごとに実施。
・全スタッフの手洗い、手指消毒を徹底。
・ご来店時に手指消毒、体温測定、お客様情報記入のご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
・マスク着用の上、ご来店頂きますようお願い致します。
・体調の優れないお客様のご来店はご遠慮いただいております。
・雑誌、膝掛け、ドリンク等のサービスは控えさせていただきます。
情勢の変化等に伴い営業方針の変更をすることもございますが、どうかご理解ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
お客様が安心してリラックスできる時間・空間を提供できるよう、スタッフ一丸となって営業してまいります。
皆様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。

REOPENING NOTICE
Thank you for your continued support and custom.
Following Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s address today, we will be reopening the salon from 3rd March.
Bookings from 3rd March onwards can be made from 24th February tomorrow via the booking form or by email. Please go to our bookings page on our website or send us an email: info@september-tokyo.com.
We are so grateful for all the support and kind words we received from you during this difficult time.
We would like to reassure everyone that we will be taking every necessary measure to ensure the health and wellness of all our customers and staff members.
We have renovated the salon so there is a distance of more than two metres between each customer, and have installed an air quality sensor to ensure that the salon is well ventilated. All staff will be wearing masks, regularly washing and sanitising their hands. We will also be cleaning the used spaces after every customer. Hand sanitisers are available on site for our customers as well.We will not be providing magazines, beverages or blankets as further precaution. We kindly ask those who are feeling unwell to refrain from attending their appointment.
Please note that we may be changing some of our policies to abide with government guidelines.
Last but not least, we will be doing our utmost to create a relaxing environment for you all so you can enjoy the time you spend with us.
